The principle is based on the natural gravity. The liquid goes through the tip of the nozzle, drops grow and separate from the stream (so called normal extrusion in specialist literature), then fall into the hardening solution or goes through another hardening process. Constant permanent flow is used.
Gravity drop generation is the simplest method of drop production. Nisco’s gravity units are equipped with 13 nozzles for better productivity.
