On agarose gel electrophoresis the mixture separates into eight individual bands having the following number of base pairs: 23130, 9416, 6557, 4361, 2322, 2027, 564, and 125. (Note: A higher sample load may be required to clearly see the 564 and 125 base pair bands.) A solution in 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, with 1 mM EDTA.
