Our NASBA Lyophilized Kit includes all of the individual items necessary to perform NASBA reactions. This kit is in Lyophilized form for ease of storage and transportation and does not need to be refrigerated during storage or transportation in short term. It includes LEM, LRB, DRB and D-PDG. This kit contains the following components necessary to perform NASBA reactions: LEM: Lyophilized Enzymes Mix for RNA Amplification (NASBA) LRB: Lyophilized Reaction Buffer for RNA amplification (NASBA) DRB: Reaction reconstitution diluent for LRB D-PDG: Diluent for reconstitution of LEM This kit is offered in 5 and 10 reaction sizes. STORAGE INFORMATION: This product can be stored for up to 90 days at room temperature. For longer term storage it is recommended to store this product at -20～C.
